Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about 365 Entertainment, our beta program, and what it means to be a creator with us.

Beta Program

Our beta program launches in the coming weeks. Selected creators will be notified via email with onboarding instructions. The beta runs for one month, after which founding creator status is granted to active participants.

We want to provide personalized support and truly listen to your feedback. A smaller beta group allows us to iterate quickly and build genuine relationships with our founding creators. Quality over quantity at this stage.

Priority is given to BC-based creators — 8 spots are reserved for British Columbia. However, we have 2 spots available for exceptional creators located elsewhere in Canada. If you're passionate about what we're building, apply regardless of location!

Beta creators who actively participated receive Founding Creator status — this includes lifetime platform benefits, reduced platform fees, and direct input on new platform features. You'll help shape what this platform becomes.

No. The beta is 100% free. We're looking for creators who want to help us build something extraordinary. Your time, feedback, and energy are worth more than money at this early stage.

Platform

Our platform includes enterprise-grade analytics, content scheduling, AI-assisted creative tools, payment processing, audience management, DRM protection, watermarking, and access to professional streaming equipment. See our Tools page for the full list.

We provide infrastructure and tools that work across major content platforms. Our brand-new account creation service means you get a clean slate professionally set up on the platforms most relevant to your creative niche.

Absolutely. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all content you create. 365 Entertainment never claims ownership of your creative work — we are a platform and service, not a rights-holder.

Revenue & Payments

You keep 70% of all revenue generated through the platform. 365 Entertainment takes 30% to cover infrastructure, tools, support, and platform development. There are no hidden fees, subscription costs, or surprise deductions.

Payment schedules are finalized during the onboarding process. We support multiple payout methods and work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs. Typical options include bi-weekly and monthly payouts.

No upfront costs. Equipment access (cameras, lighting, streaming gear, editing workstations) is provided as part of the beta partnership. Equipment is covered under our revenue-share model — we invest in you, you invest your talent.

Content & Safety

We use enterprise-grade encryption, digital rights management (DRM), invisible watermarking, and actively monitor for unauthorized distribution. Your content's security is a top operational priority for our infrastructure team.

All creators must be 18 years or older. We require government-issued ID verification before any account is activated. This is non-negotiable and protects both creators and our platform. See our Age Policy for full details.

Our platform has clear, transparent content guidelines. All content must be consensual, legal, and comply with Canadian law and our platform standards. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy and Consent Policy.

Onboarding

After acceptance: (1) Identity verification, (2) Platform agreement signing, (3) Account creation on relevant platforms, (4) Equipment orientation if applicable, (5) Dashboard access and orientation, (6) First content strategy session. The whole process takes 2–5 business days.

Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll receive an email either inviting you to the next step or letting you know if you weren't selected this round. We respect your time.

No prior professional experience is required — we're looking for passion, commitment, and creative vision. We provide all the tools and training. What makes a great candidate is dedication and a genuine desire to build something with us.

Beta creators receive priority support via direct channel (not a ticket queue). You'll have access to our team for content strategy, technical issues, marketing guidance, and platform questions throughout the beta period and beyond.

Legal

Yes. 365 Entertainment is a British Columbia company operating under Canadian law. All agreements are governed by BC law, and we are committed to transparent, ethical business practices as required by Canadian regulations.

All agreements with 365 Entertainment are 100% consensual. You have the right to terminate your agreement with appropriate notice. We believe forced partnerships produce terrible content — our success depends entirely on yours, so we work to make staying worthwhile.
